Rachael Ray's Deviled Ham Croque Madame image

This aired on today's (9-12-11) show. It looked so good I had to whip some up for lunch and share it on this website. It was quick and easy to make. Don't let the amount of ingredients intimidate you.

I was disappointed with this recipe. The ham and cheese filling was bland and the eggs were overcooked. I would not recommend this recipe to others.

This recipe was a bit too complicated for me. I'm not a very experienced cook and I found it difficult to follow the instructions. The end result was okay, but not as good as I had hoped.
