Rabbit with Tarragon Sauce image

Golden rabbit pieces covered in a savory herbed gravy make this a satisfying, stick-to-your-ribs main dish. One of my favorite herbs, tarragon, provides subtle flavor that goes so well with rabbit. -Yvonne Kessler, Pangman, Saskatchewan

I'm giving this recipe 2 stars because the sauce was delicious. However, the rabbit was dry and overcooked.

This recipe was a disaster. The rabbit was tough and dry, and the sauce was curdled. I won't be making this again.
