As a young girl with three brothers and one sister I remember making this dessert with my Mother. We always had a yard full of neighbor kids coming over to play. This was a quick and easy dessert to make for a Mom with five children and who was on a tight budget.

Steps:
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 10" x 15" cookie sheet, with sides,(ungreased) with Honey Graham Crackers. Cut at perferations and lay side by side. Cover with chopped nuts.
- 2. In an saucepan, melt butter and sugar; bring to a boil and boil two minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and mix well.
- 3. Pour carefully and slowly over nut covered crackers and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool in pan for at least ten minutes more,then take out of pan and cool completely on racks.
