1 beef bouillon cubes or 1 chicken
2/3 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
1 lb vegetables

Steps:

  • Stir fry vegetables.
  • Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetables, stirring until thick.
  • Serve with rice or tortillas as desired.
