This recipe is a great starting point, but it needs a few tweaks to make it really shine. I would recommend using a different type of sausage, such as Italian sausage or chorizo. I would also add some vegetables, such as diced bell peppers or onions,

This dish was a disappointment. The rotini was overcooked and mushy, and the sauce was bland and watery. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong. Maybe I got a bad batch of ingredients.

I've tried many sausage rotini recipes, but this one is by far the best. The combination of rotini, sausage, cheese, and spices is perfect. I love that I can customize it to my liking by adding different types of sausage or cheese.
