QUICK ASIAN COLE SLAW image

1 pack Cole Slaw Mix
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup raisins
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp ground ginger
1 bottle of honey mustard dressing
or soy ginger dressing

Steps:

  • Toss all ingredients together. Add 1/4 cup honey mustard salad dressing or enough to coat and combine salad. Cover and chill for about 2 hours. Toss again before serving.
