Steps:
- In large skillet, brown meat and drain. Stir in tomato sauce, bulgur and seasonings. Simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes, or until desired consistency, stirring frequently. Arrange lettuce and cheese on bun. Add meat mixture. Serve with raw veggies and fresh fruit.
