- Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set yolks and whites aside. In a bowl, combine the yolks, cream cheese, mayonnaise, pickle relish, mustard, salt and pepper; mix well., Stuff or pipe into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate until serving.
