Punch Ice Ring image

Beautiful and tasty ice ring for a flavorful punch!

1 liter ginger ale
5 scoops raspberry sherbet, or more to taste
1 cup frozen blueberries

Steps:

  • Pour 3/4 of the ginger ale into a fluted tube pan (such as Bundt®). Place scoops of sherbet evenly around pan. Sprinkle blueberries randomly around pan and pour remaining ginger ale on top.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer until frozen solid, 4 hours to overnight. Remove pan from freezer and allow to sit for about 30 minutes, then slide ice ring out of pan and into punch bowl.
