Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 375^. Combine cookie mix, pumpkin, oil, and egg in a large bowl. Stir in nuts and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, about 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned and soft in centers. Cool on baking sheet for 1 minute; remove to wire racks to cool. Store in covered container.
