Pumpkin Muffins with Cinnamon Chips image

I got this recently at a BIble Study group . It is so easy and delicious . Great for fall . It requires only a few ingredients . I gave it out to a few of my friends and our local grocery stores had a "run" on cinnamon chips . You couldn't find them anywhere !! Glad they are now stocked up .

These muffins freeze really well, so I often make a double batch and freeze them for later.
