I got this recently at a BIble Study group . It is so easy and delicious . Great for fall . It requires only a few ingredients . I gave it out to a few of my friends and our local grocery stores had a "run" on cinnamon chips . You couldn't find them anywhere !! Glad they are now stocked up .

Steps:
- 1. Mix first 3 ingredients with Mixer about 2 minutes on medium speed until well mixed .
- 2. Fold in by hand the bag of Cinnamon Chips . Put into Muffin Liners . Foil liners work the best . Fill at least 3/4 full . They do not rise a lot . Sprinkle with Cinnamon /sugar mixture .
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 23 minutes or until done by testing with toothpick .
