Pumpkin Fluff - WW 1 PointPlus Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 15 ounce can pumpkin
1 small package fat free/sugar free pudding, vanilla or butterscotch
1 cup skim milk
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 8 ounce container fat free cool whip

Steps:

  • With a mixer, combine the pudding and milk. Add the pumpkin and spice and mix well. Fold in the cool whip and chill. East just like it is with a little cool whip on top. Or use as a dip for your favorite fruit. 1/2 cup is 1 point
