Isn't it nice to grab a treat from the freezer when the little ones are hungry. (I copied this recipe from Taste of Home's Quick Cooking cookbook-2000))

1 pkg instant chocolate pudding mix (3.9 ounce)
1/4 c peanut butter (1/4 to 1/2 cup)
15 whole graham crackers

Steps:

  • 3. Spread pudding mix over half of the crackers. Top with remaining crackers.

These puddingwiches are a great way to use up leftover cookies. I had some chocolate chip cookies that were about to go stale, so I used them to make puddingwiches.

I'm allergic to nuts, so I used graham crackers instead of cookies. They turned out great!

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my puddingwiches turned out really dry. I think I might have overcooked the pudding.

I'm not a huge fan of pudding, but these puddingwiches were surprisingly good. The combination of the cookies and the pudding is perfect.

These puddingwiches are a great way to use up leftover pudding. I always have a container of pudding in my fridge, so it's nice to have a recipe that uses it up.
