Provided by รก-646

Number Of Ingredients 2

1 small (3.4-ounce) package chocolate instant pudding
2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold

Steps:

  • Using a Kitchen Aid mixer with the whisk attachment (or any whisking contraption) pour pudding mix and heavy whipping cream into the bowl and whisk for 2 to 3 minutes or until stiff. Place in refrigerator to chill if you won't be using for a few hours or just keep on the counter top. Notes: Refrigerating will cause the frosting to get extra thick, so if you plan on piping the frosting out, your hand will get a work out. You can do this with ANY instant pudding mix, just replace the milk called for on the box with heavy whipping cream and whip!

I wouldn't recommend this frosting. It was a waste of time and ingredients.

This frosting was a disaster. It curdled when I added the milk. I had to throw it all away.

This frosting was too thick and clumpy. I had to add more milk to get it to a spreadable consistency.

This frosting was a bit bland. I think I'll try adding some flavoring next time, like vanilla or chocolate.

This frosting was easy to make, but it was a bit runny. I had to add more powdered sugar to get it to the right consistency.

This frosting was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still good. I think I'll try using less sugar next time.

I was a bit skeptical about using pudding mix to make frosting, but I was pleasantly surprised. This frosting was delicious and very easy to make.

This frosting was easy to make and tasted great. I used it to frost a vanilla cake, and it was a hit with my family and friends.

I've tried many pudding mix frosting recipes, but this one is by far the best. It's so smooth and creamy, and it has the perfect amount of sweetness.
