I'm not sure if I did something wrong, but my provoleta didn't melt properly. It was still delicious, but it wasn't quite what I was expecting.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover cheese. I had some queso fresco that I needed to use up, and this was the perfect dish.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my provoleta turned out really rubbery. Not sure I'll try this recipe again.

This recipe is a great starting point, but I made a few changes to suit my own taste. I added some garlic and herbs to the cheese mixture, and I grilled the bread instead of frying it.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my provoleta didn't turn out as good as I'd hoped. It was a bit dry.

The provoleta was a bit too salty for my taste, but otherwise it was good.

This provoleta recipe is a winner! The cheese was perfectly melted and gooey, and the flavors were spot-on. I also loved the crispy bread that was served with it.
