I'm not a big fan of prosciutto, so I used thinly sliced ham instead. The crostini were still delicious!

I love that this recipe is so versatile. I've used different types of bread, cheese, and toppings, and they've always turned out great. It's a great way to use up leftover ingredients.

These crostini were a bit bland for my taste. I think they could have used more seasoning or a more flavorful cheese.

The recipe was easy to follow, and the crostini turned out beautifully. However, I found that the mozzarella cheese was a bit too salty for my taste. Next time, I'll use a milder cheese.

I'm not usually a fan of crostini, but these were exceptional. The bread was crispy and flavorful, and the toppings were perfectly balanced. I especially loved the addition of the balsamic glaze.
