Steps:
- 1. melt 2 tbsp butter in skillet. brown pork chops on each side, remove to shallow pan.
- 2. Melt remaining butter in a small sauce pan. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. pour sauce over chops. Roast at 350 for 30 min. basting often until done. serve and drizzle with glaze
