These bagels are delicious, but they're a bit too dense for my taste. I prefer a lighter, fluffier bagel.

I've tried this recipe a few times and I can never get the bagels to brown properly. They always come out pale and doughy.

I've made these bagels twice now and they're always a hit. They're so easy to make and they taste just like the bagels from my favorite bakery. I love that I can customize them with different toppings, too.

These bagels turned out amazing! The dough was easy to work with and the boiling water bath gave them a perfect chewy texture. I added some Everything Bagel seasoning to the tops before baking and they were a huge hit at my potluck. Thanks for sharin
