Pork Tacos with Poblano Pico and Lime Crema image

These tacos are bursting with layers of goodness! The pico packs a nice punch of flavor thanks to the poblano and jalapeno. The pork is juicy and spicy. The lime crema has a bit of tang and cools things down. A fiesta for your mouth!

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my tacos didn't turn out very well. The pork was tough and the toppings were bland.

This recipe was a bit too complicated for me. I ended up just making plain pork tacos, which were still delicious.

I tried this recipe and the pork was a bit dry. I think I might have overcooked it. The toppings were good, though.

These tacos were a bit too spicy for me, but my husband loved them. The pork was cooked well and the toppings were tasty. I would make these again, but I would use less chili powder next time.
