I'm not a huge fan of pork, but this stew was really good! The meat was tender and flavorful, and the sauce was rich and savory. I served it over rice, and it was the perfect meal for a cold winter night. I will definitely be making this again!

This stew was easy to make and so delicious! I used ground pork instead of pork shoulder, and it turned out great. The cumin added a nice flavor to the stew, and the potatoes and carrots were cooked perfectly. I will definitely be making this again!
