4 pounds pork spareribs
2 cans (28 ounces each) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cups barbecue sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white wine vinegar

Steps:

  • Place ribs in a 4- or 5-qt. slow cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over ribs. Cover and cook on low until pork is tender, 6-8 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
