I've been grilling ribs for years, and this recipe is one of the best I've tried. The ribs were cooked evenly and had a beautiful smoky flavor. The glaze was also perfect, with just the right amount of sweetness and tang.

As a self-proclaimed BBQ expert, I was skeptical that this recipe could live up to my expectations. But I was wrong! The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and the glaze was finger-licking good. I'll definitely be adding this recipe to my rotation.
