1 1/2 lbs ground pork
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs or 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 1/4 tablespoons pepper
1 1/4 tablespoons cinnamon
3/4 tablespoon ground cloves
1 medium onion, peeled and finely minced

Steps:

  • Cook pork until no longer pink, do not drain.
  • Add remaining ingredients; cook slowly for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  • Refrigerate until serving (preferably overnight).
