This is a great dish to make ahead of time. I usually make it the day before and then reheat it the next day. The flavors meld together even more as it sits.

This is a great recipe for a weeknight meal. It's easy to make and the ingredients are usually on hand. I like to serve it with a side of crusty bread to soak up all the delicious juices.

I'm not a fan of sauerkraut, but I loved this dish. The pork and kielbasa were so flavorful that they overshadowed the sauerkraut.

I added a few extra vegetables to this dish, like carrots and celery. It made the dish even more hearty and flavorful. I also used a dark beer instead of water in the braising liquid. It gave the dish a nice rich flavor.

This is a great recipe to use up leftover pork roast. I just shredded the pork and added it to the sauerkraut and kielbasa. It was a quick and easy meal that was still very flavorful.
