THIS IS ONE OF MY HUBBY FAVORITE. IT IS KNOWN AS AN FILIPINO DISH. LOCALS HERE IN HAWAI'I LOVES IT! MY HUBBY IS OF AN LOCAL FILIPINO ANCESTRY.

pkg peas, frozen petite
bottle pimento
slice bell peppers
can(s) tomato sauce
clove garlic
bay leaf
pinch salt and pepper

Steps:

  • 1. SAUTEED ONIONS & GARLIC IN COOKING OIL
  • 2. ADD PORK (DRAIN)
  • 3. ADD TOMATO SAUCE & BELL PEPPERS
  • 4. COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT TILL BELL PEPPER SOFTEN
  • 5. ADD PIMENTO
  • 6. FROZEN PEAS
  • 7. BAY LEAF
  • 8. SIMMER
  • 9. SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
  • 10. LOWER HEAT
  • 11. ENJOY!
