Pork Chops With Mustard Sauce & Capers image

This is an insanely simple dinner. The mustard sauce, shallot and capers really make a boring, old pork chop something special. Great with garlic mashed potatoes and a salad. - from halfassedkitchen.com

I'm not a big fan of mustard, but I really enjoyed this recipe. The sauce was creamy and flavorful, and the capers added a nice touch of acidity. The pork chops were also cooked perfectly.

This recipe is a great way to change up your usual pork chop routine. The mustard sauce is a nice departure from the usual gravy or barbecue sauce, and the capers add a nice briny flavor. I will definitely be making this recipe again.
