PORK CHOPS WITH GORGONZOLA image

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 T butter
4 pork chops
juice of 1 lemon
1/3 cup white wine
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
3 1/2 oz gorgonzola
1/3 cups raisins
salt & pepper to taste
parsley for garnish

Steps:

  • In large skillet, add butter & stir until melted. Add chops and cook on high for 6 minutes each side. Squeeze lemon over chops to flavor then remove & set aside. Add wine, partsley, raisins and cheese and cook on low until creamy. Taste for salt & pepper abd serve over chops with extra parsely.
