Pork Chops With Cherry Preserves Sauce image

One of those recipes with lovely presentation that looks like it was 10 times harder to make than it was. Better if you use homemade or top-quality preserves.

I had some trouble finding cherry preserves at my local grocery store. I ended up using a cherry pie filling instead. The sauce turned out a bit sweeter than I would have liked, but it was still good.

The sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste. Next time I'll use less cherry preserves.

The pork chops were a bit dry. I think I overcooked them. Next time I'll cook them for a shorter amount of time.

I was skeptical about the cherry preserves sauce, but it was a pleasant surprise. The sweetness of the cherries complemented the pork chops perfectly. I'll definitely be making this dish again.
