Pork Chops With Cheesy Hash Browns Potatoes image

This wonderful, comforting, delicious one dish recipe, with separate casserole of veggies, can be made with any flavor of condensed soup and any flavor of cheese. The day I made this I had some leftover ricotta cheese, so I substituted it for part of the sour cream.

This recipe was a little too salty for my taste. I would use less salt next time.

The pork chops were a little dry, but the cheesy hash browns were delicious. I would make this again, but I would cook the pork chops for a shorter amount of time.
