Steps:
- Combine applesauce, sage and pepper.
- Coat schnitzel with applesauce mixture.
- Cover both sides with breadcrumbs. Regrigerate for 30 minutes (optional).
- Shallow fry in hot oil for approximately 2 or 3 minutes each side until golden.
