These little meatballs are the start of a delicous meatball sandwich. The combination of the meat and the sauce over a hoagie bun with some cheese and lettuce is fantastic. Leftover, these meatballs were awesome over rice.

Steps:
- 1. Combine beef, rice, garlic powder, parsley, worcestershire sauce, egg, and salt and pepper. in a large bowl.
- 2. Shape meat mixture into balls, this recipe should make about 20 small meat balls. Place rounded meat balls onto a greased baking dish.
- 3. Combine tomato soup, V8 juice, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, and a little more salt and pepper then pour over the meatballs in the baking dish.
- 4. Bake 1 hour in 350 Oven. Can be served over rice, potatoes, or as a sandwich.
