Porcupine Meatballs in Sauce image

These little meatballs are the start of a delicous meatball sandwich. The combination of the meat and the sauce over a hoagie bun with some cheese and lettuce is fantastic. Leftover, these meatballs were awesome over rice.

These meatballs were a bit too salty for my taste, but the sauce was delicious. I think I'll try using less salt next time.

I made a few changes to the recipe, but the meatballs turned out great. I used ground turkey instead of beef, and I added some chopped carrots and celery to the sauce. My kids loved them!
