Number Of Ingredients 12

2 lbs pork shoulder (or chicken drumstick or Both)
1 large chopped onion
6 -8 diced garlic cloves
2 -3 bay leaves
1 cup water
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
16 ounces pineapple chunks in juice
2 -3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper
salt
1/4 cup chopped spring onion (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients in a pot.
  • Cook in a medium heat for 45 minutes to 1 hr or till meat is very tender.
  • Garnish with chopped spring onions (optional).
  • Best served with rice.
