This recipe was a real hit with everyone in the Test Kitchen. It is so very filling and we made a meal out of it by pairing it with a nice green salad.

Steps:
- 1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, or, if you use the canned chicken, drain and break up pieces.
- 2. Mix the soups and sour cream in a large bowl.
- 3. Add the chicken and mix.
- 4. Put in a buttered casserole dish. Top with crackers and drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle with poppy seed.
- 5. Bake at 350 degrees about 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and light brown.
