Steps:
- 1. Combine beef, cracker crumbs, and egg in a large mixing bowl. Form into 1" thick patties; set aside. On a dinner plate, mix together flour, salt, and pepper; coat patties.
- 2. Brown both sides on medium heat, about 15 minutes per side. While cooking, whisk remaining ingredients together until smooth; pour into a 13"x9" baking pan.
- 3. Arrange patties on top of soup mixture; bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
