2 lbs haddock
1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
2 tablespoons salt
8 tablespoons butter or 8 tablespoons margarine, melted

Steps:

  • Cover filets with cold water and add vinegar and salt.
  • Bring to a boil and boil for only 10 minutes.
  • Serve with melted butter.
  • Fish may also be place under the broiler 1-2 minutes to brown.
