POOR MAN'S COOKIES image

Number Of Ingredients 15

1 cup raisins
2 cups water
1 egg, beaten
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup crisco
Add above 3 ingredients to cooled raisins mixture
1 cup oatmeal
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp connamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cloves
1 cup walnuts
1 cup chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients and drop by a full tablespoon into a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for approx 10 min.
