Here's a meal on a skewer with a unique twist. The pineapple, cantaloupe and peppers complement the sausage perfectly. I frequently fire up the grill for these simple kabobs in summer. That way, I'm free to work longer in my garden.

I loved the flavors in these kabobs, but I thought the sausage was a bit overcooked. I would cook it for a shorter amount of time next time.

These kabobs were a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred them with less pineapple juice in the marinade.

I followed the recipe exactly, and the kabobs turned out great! The only thing I would change next time is to add a little more pineapple juice to the marinade.
