POLYNESIAN SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 cups diced chicken, cooked
1 Tbsp minced onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup diced celery
1 small can pineapple chunks
drained
1 can mandarin oranges
1 cup mayo
1 pkg. slivered almonds

Steps:

  • Mix all but fruit, chill 2 hours or more. Add fruit before serving.
