Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl stir together peanut butter, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and hot sauce.
- 2. Stir in cabbage, cilantro, red pepper, and scallions.
- 3. Refrigerate 1 hour.
- 4. Heat dry skillet over medium heat.
- 5. Add sesame seeds cook stirring until lightly browned 3-4 minutes.
- 6. Remove from skillet and sprinkle over coleslaw.
