Steps:
- Wash chicken and pat dry. Combine ingredients for a marinade, coat chicken well, refrigerate at least 2-3 hours (all day if possible) Bake in 400 degree oven for 1 hour, basting (may take longer depending on oven). Make sure chicken is done, then broil to brown, 5 minutes or more. Serve over rice, top with marinade; great with green beans!
