1 (48 ounce) container chicken broth
2 cups rotisserie cooked chicken, chopped
2/3 cup carrot
2/3 cup celery
2/3 cup white onion
1/2 cup acini di pepe pasta (dot pasta)
1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves

Steps:

  • Chop chicken into cubes, chop carrots, celery and onion.
  • Put all ingredients into a large pot.
  • Bring to a boil. Cover pot and cook for 30 minutes.
  • Carefully spoon into soup bowls.
