Me and my sister-in-law wanted to make a special easy dinner. We had sausage and kraut needed a starch. Normally i would use potatos with, but decided to make my kluskies. Frying all these ingredients with butter, came out delish!!! It is now one of her favorites to make, mine too!

Steps:
- 1. Slice keilbasa and fry with chopped onions in butter, add kluskies brown slightly. Then add your drained sauerkraut salt and pepper mix and turn heat to med-low cover and simmer for 15-20 min. Recipe for kluskies in my recipe box.
