Polish Kielbasa Maple Bites - (Grilled) image

Another recipe from my wonderful Polish friends in Chicago.

Number Of Ingredients 4

12 oz polish kielbasa ( sounds like key-basa)
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 c a good maple syrup
skewers

Steps:

  • 1. Cut kielbasa into bite size pieces. Dip pieces into a mixture of ma[ple syrup whisked with mustard. thread sausages on skewers and grill on medium heat, about 3-4 minutes per side till browned and heated through.
  • 2. Serves 6 or 3 hungry people.
