This was the house dressing at The Plantation restaurant in Moline, Illinois. It is no longer around, but many around here still remember this fabulous dressing. I can't say this is the exact recipe they used, but it is very close if not exact. It is similar to a creamy garlic, but with the added punch of anchovy paste.

Overall, I really enjoyed this dressing. It's a great option for salads, grilled meats, or even as a dip for vegetables.

This dressing is a bit too thick for my taste. I prefer a thinner dressing that I can drizzle over my salad.

I'm not a huge fan of the vinegar flavor in this dressing.

This dressing is a staple in my kitchen. I love the tangy and slightly sweet flavor. It's perfect for salads, but I also like to use it as a marinade for chicken or fish.
