~ Pizza Quiche Pie ~ image

One yummy pie! I've been making versions of this forever it seems. It's great cold too, so makes for a great picnic or potluck. Sometimes I change the meats, but this version is my families favorite! It's also great to serve for brunch! Enjoy!

I'm not a huge fan of quiche, but this one was actually pretty good. The crust was flaky and the filling was creamy and flavorful.

The quiche was good, but the crust was a little too thick for my liking. I think I would use a thinner crust next time.

This quiche was a little bland for my taste. I think I would add some more herbs and spices next time.

This pizza quiche pie was a hit with my family! The crust was flaky and flavorful, and the filling was rich and cheesy. I added some extra vegetables to the filling, and it turned out great.
