Pizza Dough with Beer image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 1/2 c flat beer (that's one can)
3 3/4 c all purpose flour
3 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
vegetable oil (i use extra virgin olive oil)

Steps:

  • 1. Place all ingredients in the bread machine (except oil) in that order. Run machine on dough setting. A little oil can be used to cover the dough before baking.
