PITTSBURGH FOOTBALL PARTY CILANTRO SALSA
Cilantro lovers rejoice! A salsa that can be modified to suit your desired spiciness! This salsa has Asian, Spanish and Middle Eastern elements. Serve with Black and Gold (blue and yellow corn) tortilla chips.

Steps:
- Mix together the cilantro, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, tomatillos, lime juice, hot chili sauce and cumin seed in a large bowl. Season with salt to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips.
