Number Of Ingredients 5

4 large egg yolks

1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons pistachio paste

I'm not a big fan of pistachio, but this crème anglaise was surprisingly good. The flavor is subtle and not overpowering.
