Pinto Bean Pie image

A long time family favorite passed down from my Grand-mother.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 c mashed pinto beans
2 stick melted butter
1 can(s) coconut
1 c chopped pecans
4 eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
3 c granulated sugar
3 uncooked pie shells

Steps:

  • 1. combine all ingrdients, mixing well, pour into uncooked pie shells, bake in 350 degree oven for 1 and a half hours
