this recipe is in the Stevens Family Cookbook too.... it came from my aunt who made it every yr for x-mas dinner when i was a kid i've made a couple changes to it [making it more to my likeing]

- 2. gently fold in all other ingredients
- 3. freeze til hard serve on spinach leaves or yur fav greens
