Pink Ambrosia image

Grandma's favorite dessert.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (such as Eagle Brand®)
1 (12 ounce) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (12 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 cup miniature marshmallows

Steps:

  • Mix sweetened condensed milk, whipped topping, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Fold cherry pie filling, pineapple, coconut, pecans, and marshmallows into the condensed milk mixture. Cover bowl and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Mix well before serving.
